We decided to head up to Mount Baker Sunday to take advantage of a potential "light" crowd day due to the Seattle Seahawks playing in Seattle in the final playoffs. By the way, they won the game 34 to 14 and will be flying to Detroit for the Superbowl. We stopped in Bellingham and watched the last three quarters of the game after skiing. Wooo hooo to the Seahawks.

The conditions at Baker were excellent. Partly cloudy with packed powder. Nothing too hard to move around. We hung out primarily on the blue and green runs because we were still sore from the powder at Crystal. On a clear day it would be spectacular. We saw Mt. Shuksan, but Baker was cloud covered.
