This past weekend, Tracy and I went to pick up our new dinghy for our Cape Dory. Picking out the tender was a huge decision. We looked at inflatables, hard dinghies, wood dinghies... the possibilities were endless. Finally we decided on the Minto. We saw one at the dock in Everett, and after much research, decided that a tender that could be rowed or sailed was the one for us. And plus, we thought it would be fitting for our boat. Cute matters! We needed to take a car ferry across the Sound to Port Orchard to pick her up. We bought her from Mike and Patti Ellis. A great couple whose daughter may be moving to Guatemala for mission work. We had lots to talk about. Mike builds the Minto. He is also a proud new Cape Dory 33 owner, just like us :). I think we made some new friends!
Meet our new Minto:

Tracy can't wait to take her for a sail!
