I took a trip to Madison, Wisconsin last week for a Customer Summit at CPM -- a company we use at Providence to help in marketing our hospital. It was great fun! We did a lot of work and a lot of play. The weather was beautiful, and I got to visit with some great friends (old and new). Kellie took me to this cool restaurant that served all local produce, meats, and cheeses. They start every meal with a cucumber mint thingy to cleanse the palate. The next day Christine planned happy hour at an Irish pub(just the girls), then the group met on the top floor of the Center for the Arts for a nice dinner. There was a beautiful rooftop garden and a great view of the capitol building. Marilyn made it a practice to make faces at me from the other end of the table :)
