A Living Home

I have started to do some research on some options for remodeling our home. We have such a great piece of property with views of both Puget Sound in some spots and the Cascade Mountains. One really expensive option would be to build all new on our lot. I have been looking into LEED Certified prefabricated homes just for fun. They are way too expensive for our modest budget, but we have been getting some great ideas from the research. Maybe by the time we are ready to do something, the cost will have gone down. Wishful thinking probably.
