Both Sisters Have a Bun in the Oven

Well I have two sets of exciting news! My sister Kristie has announced that she is expecting. She is five months pregnant and is having a little girl. Still no boys in the family. We are all very excited. She is due in February.

And my sister Tonie also has a bun in the oven, but of a different sort. She and her husband, Chuck, just bought Stone House Bread, a bakery of fine artisan breads in Traverse City. The bakery opened in 1995, and is now selling breads to grocers, restaurants, and specialty stores throughout Northern Michigan. You can even buy their bread on-line. How could you not try the Cherry Walnut Loaf? Hmmm.... I wonder what I'll get for Christmas this year. (he he he)

Needless to say, I have had a couple of pretty productive sisters lately. I am very happy for and proud of both of them. They are two awesome people who are being called to start new chapters of their lives, and I have no doubt they will be successful in their new roles. Cheers to sisters.
