Chicken Korma... yum!

Tracy and I went to Costco today to get some groceries. We try to go once every one or two months to stock up on some staples. We found a treasure on this trip. Right next to the pesto in the refrigerated section was a 30 ounce container of korma! We love Indian food, but it seems so complicated to make at home because of all the spices. And you can't really buy Indian food in the grocery store. We have one pretty good restaurant in Everett. Of course, Seattle has many. So needless to say, we were pretty geeked to find the korma at Costco. Cook up some rice, add chicken to the korma sauce and simmer. It was so easy!

You can by Maya Kaimal Indian sauces online at Igourmet.com. They have four or five different flavors. If your local Costco carries Maya Kaimal, you can get the classic korma in a container twice the size that they sell on the website... and half the cost.

Why not add a little spjce to your life?

I'm considering joining Costco. I usually go with Kim but am thinking I want to be able to go whenever my little heart desires. I got a $10 off coupon in the mail.

YUM! I just had chicken vindaloo for dinner last Saturday night. I was happy to learn that San Diego has lots of Indian restaurants...much different than Grand Rapids!
